Yes, the bag is water resistant and has a zip top lid.

Are there recommendations for loading?
Yes, when loading place heavy items towards the back of the cart
and lighter items in the front. Do not overload.
Is CRUZI a high-quality product?
Yes, the craftmanship of the CRUZI is comparable to a mid to high-end baby stroller.
Can I take CRUZI to the beach?
Yes, CRUZI can be pulled behind you on medium firm sand. You can also use the brakes to leave them by a monitored area.
Is CRUZI a UAE product?
Although the idea was conceived in the USA over 20 years ago, the brand birth of CRUZI was done here in Abu Dhabi, UAE where we are headquartered.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. Shipping times vary based on the ship method you select at Checkout.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. We accept Paypal, Apple and Amazon Pay. We will soon offer installment payments through Tabby.
What is Tabby?

Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and therefore, may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please email us within two hours of the placement.

What are your shipping options?
For your convenience, we offer three shipping options - FREE Standard USPS Shipping on orders $60+: 4-7 business days; $5 Standard USPS Shipping on orders under $60; Priority Shipping: 2 business days (must order by 11am EST, Mon-Fri) for $10; Express Shipping: 1 business day (must order by 11am EST, Mon-Fri) for $25.
