In 2004, CRUZI founder Gina Dillon was super pregnant carrying a heavy bag of groceries down the streets of New York and she started thinking life in the big city is a royal pain in the bum. Realizing this hassle exists for not only New Yorkers, but people in London, Madrid, Beijing, shoppers in malls across the world, residents in large apartment compounds, and most importantly, our grandmas and grandpas who we love so much.
Gina started thinking, wouldn't it be brilliant if there was a cart? Not a hunk of metal grocery cart, not a flimsy little granny trolley that you pull behind you; but a functional, durable cart.
CRUZI was born. CRUZI is the first personal urban cart — the hip, stylish cart that eliminates the burden of baggage for people around the world.
